  • In retrospect I should have bought the Cadillac

The vehicle performs nicely, but probably not worth the price. The bells and whistles are not what they are promised, and too difficult to use. The transmission gives a loud grunt and vibration while running the A?C and waiting for a red light. I understand this is merely a design trait, but it is a very annoying one.
  • worst car ever

No way to open the trunk using key fob or internal option. ONLY manually, and it is very HEAVY. Sunroof is really a sun shield, doesnt open. Essentially, sitting in a greenhouse. Sun but no air.small windows, high seats make rear viewing near impossible. The worst design ever. And I thought I was getting a better car, with the Mercedes association. NOT. AT. ALL.
  • Luxurious and Sporty!

Purchased this car new after having thoroughly researched it and I mean hours of research and Im pleased to say I absolutely love it! Its an amazing car. The exterior design of the car is a fresh departure from the usual boring boxy look of Suvs out there, its super stylish and there isnt a straight line on this car. I love the grill and the led headlights, to my eyes its just a gorgeous looking car. Infiniti also got it right with the interior. It is beautifully appointed and feels like a luxury cabin, much more so than its sister car, the MBenz GLA. The infotainment system is easy to use controlled by a knob in the center console as well as touchscreen. Its also super comfortable to boot. I took a 3 hour trip out to the mountains over labor day weekend and was not tired one bit after the long ride. Some reviewers have complained of cabin noise at high speeds, I find thats not true, its a very quiet and solid ride. It rides and handles and feels the way a luxury car should. This small suv is also fun to drive, it has quick acceleration and the 7 speed dual clutch transmission shifts so smoothly. The panoramic roof is also a nice feature to have as it makes the cabin feel larger, same is true for the light ivory leather upholstery. The front of the cabin has plenty of room and 2 full size adults would be comfortable in the rear, 3 would fit but it would be cramped. While the car doesnt have tons of room in the rear, its not meant to be a people hauler. Its the perfect size for a single 30 something year old guy like myself, a couple with a small family or an empty nester looking to downsize but still wanting some luxury. Also the seats do fold down in the rear providing ample cargo space for that weekend camping trip. All in all its a great SUV and I cant wait to see how the AWD handles in the snow this winter.
